Service Description

The ideal body composition depends on once specific goals and would be different for each individual also based on age, height, weight and ethnicity. Through body composition analysis we focus on muscle mass, fat percentage, lean mass, bone density, hydration and basal metabolic rate. Blood pressure check and grip strength tests are also included.
